What I see is not off-road, but on the road, and LEGAL! The motorcyclists here are insane. They drive between cars to get to the front of the line at any intersection. They speed. And they drive between cars on the highway! It is normal for the car drivers to pull to the sides of their lanes to give the motorcycles room to pass between them at intersections. If you don't do this, some motorcyclists will purposely scratch your car and run into your mirrors. I find it scary and annoying. The good news is that car drivers tend to be very aware of the morotcycles so there are not too many accidents.
